Universolutions developed, hosted and maintained a secure, web-based interactive program evaluation and monitoring information management system for 31 programs in 27 states and Puerto Rico, including Alaska and Hawaii, which documented all aspects of over 40,000 program participants’ activities.   This system featured an automated statistical analyzer tool that allowed for the real-time generation of charts and graphs for executive level presentations.  We provided certification training for all system users and maintained a 24/7 helpdesk support.
